White label SEO means we do the work and your agency owns the relationship. Your client sees your brand on the strategy, the reporting and the recommendations. They do not see us, and they do not need to.
Most agencies arrive at this for one of two reasons. Either they are winning SEO work they cannot staff, and turning it away or delivering it thinly; or they have a specialist gap — technical, or increasingly AI visibility — that a generalist team cannot close on its own.
What stays yours
The client relationship, the commercial terms and the margin. We take a brief from you, not from them. Strategy documents, audits and monthly reporting arrive in your template, under your name, ready to send or present. Where you want us in the room, we join as your team.
What changed in 2026
Reselling "rankings" is a narrowing proposition. A growing share of searches now end in a synthesised answer rather than a list of links, which means a client can hold position three and still be invisible in the place their buyer actually looked. Most white-label suppliers have not adjusted; their deliverable is still a rank report.
We treat answer-engine and generative-engine work as part of the core, not an upsell: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI Overviews can reach a client's pages, attribute them correctly and quote them. That is usually the clearest thing an agency can show a client that its previous supplier was not covering.
How the work is scoped
Per engagement, against the client's actual position — not a fixed package. Some accounts need a technical rebuild and nothing else for two months. Some need content and links and no technical work at all. Scoping to a package that does not fit is how white-label engagements end up producing activity reports nobody reads.
Where this does not fit
If you need someone to publish twenty undifferentiated articles a month at the lowest possible cost, we are the wrong supplier and will say so on the first call. The same applies to link schemes and anything that puts a client's domain at risk to produce a short-term chart. Those engagements end badly, and they end badly under your brand rather than ours.
