NDR Executive — Order Confirmation & Dispatch

About the Role

NDR stands for Non-Delivery Report — the orders that failed to reach the customer on the first attempt. You own that queue. You call the customer, find out what actually went wrong, fix it, and get the parcel moving again.

This is the difference between a shipment that returns to us and one that gets delivered. Every order you recover is revenue saved and a customer kept, so the work is measured directly.

What you will do

• Call customers on the NDR list and confirm the order, address and a workable delivery window.
• Correct wrong or incomplete addresses and phone numbers before re-attempting.
• Book and re-book shipments in the courier and delivery panels.
• Dispatch confirmed orders and track them through to delivery.
• Coordinate with courier partners on stuck, delayed or lost shipments.
• Flag repeat RTO patterns — an address, a pincode, a courier — so they get fixed at source.
• Keep order status accurate in the panel so nobody works from stale data.

Requirements

• Clear spoken Hindi; English is a plus.
• Comfortable working in courier or delivery panels — Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart or similar. Training provided if you have used one of them.
• Careful with detail: an address typed wrong is a parcel lost twice.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, NDR or logistics support is an advantage.
